Inspired by What do you see #226
there’s a demarcation
of our souls
frigid and unreachable
harder with each step
i attempt to reach you
feels like an endless journey
eventually, i’ll give up
frozen to the bone
careful not to retrace my steps
i refuse to make the same mistakes

tat was incredible, Susi! :D way to go!

This poem really captures the struggle of trying to bridge the gap between souls. It’s like a journey through icy terrain, with each step feeling harder than the last. But the determination not to repeat past mistakes shines through. Deep and relatable!

Like the footprints indicate, we all walk the same path over and over. Love doesn’t care if you repeat your mistakes.
