The shiny coffin lid rises slowly, creaking open, giving us a creepy image of what must be inside. But what escapes is only a swarm of flies and dust. We did notice scratches on the outside, and interestingly, it locks from the inside. The interior fabric has white lace and satin fringe; the blood staining makes it seem ghoulish. And just then, loud sighs and screeches emanated behind us in the chilly night air. Oddly, a dream-like trance soothes us. The red eyes we encounter would typically be terrifying, but no, we willingly expose our carotid arteries.
“Welcome to Transylvania!”

Why do we expose our neck? There is a ‘swoon’ element in it somewhere.
