Inspired by Reena’s Xploration Challenge #343 – Freedom &
Moonwashed Weekly Prompt – Suddenly
what to do
when suddenly
there is a freedom felt
that which seems to give us wings
to fearlessly move in a new direction
do we choose to go it alone
or perhaps
decide to join a collaborative
attaining the goals
of unlimited opportunities
whichever way we migrate
may the journey be fruitful
amassing great quantities of joy
and acquiring wisdom along the way
until the day our wings cease to billow

I love that last stanza, Susi!

A sudden change in opportunity can either spur us to take the leap or make us fearful to step forward… I love the conclusion of this poem!

Excellent combination of the two prompts Susi. A sudden freedom does leaves us wondering how to enjoy it to the fullest

This hit home. My cousin just lost her father after years of caring for him and I see how lost she is. May we all keep finding our wings.
