Inspired by What do you see #247
everything inside
it’s jumbled
the thoughts align
temporarily
coherently
then incoherently
emotions turn on
churn every which way
i feel quite a mess
holding it all together

holding it all together
Sometimes this happens.

Excellent take Susi. Keeping it together despite the ravages of circumstances and time is hard. Thanks for joining in with this great poem.

It sounds like you see this as slightly chaotic whereas I see it more sad. Great writing!

Yes, totally! The letters (words) inhabiting the mind feel like what I’ve experienced, chaos. But you are also right, it is sad too, because it’s hard to get beyond the anxiety one can experience. Thank you so much for seeing that, Christine!
