    Agitation builds a tempest inside.
    Feel the pressure rise, like a turbulent sea,
    But my friend, there’s a way to set it free.

    Don’t let it fester, like a storm in a cage,
    Give pressure an outlet, a peaceful stage.
    Allow it to flow, find an escape route,
    It won’t implode or explode, casting doubt.

    Release the tension, like a gentle stream,
    Let it dissipate, like a fading dream.
    In the dance of emotions, find a calming groove,
    In letting go, you’ll rediscover your truest route.
