humans are guaranteed a physical cost
when conscious effort isn’t applied
to reach an elevated state
to find the place in this world
and in their heads
where all the senses can rest
to let the hustle and bustle of life fall away

A glorious concept … the climb is becoming difficult at my age, but well worth the effort, to place my mind in that elevated state,where time and space are in harmony with my senses … and a true river of relaxation qently flows through me …
