There were conflicting thoughts in my head with this one. The picture inspired the words which came off as funny but when you read the words without the picture, I imagine the horrific images of war where these kind of things do occur to the children caught in the middle of the conflict. The vulnerable and innocent sacrifice limbs, their sanity and possibly their lives. It was interesting writing/feeling this one. I imagine maybe this is what gave you pause?
