Oh YES!!! It happens to me daily! Sometimes I was just talking about a person, place or thing, and 5 minutes later cannot remember the name! I had no idea there was a name for it, though! Thank you!

First I came to any awareness of this condition was from the movie Iris.

I first became aware from my “Word of the Day” email. :) Was the movie Iris good?

I found that the internet can cure lethologica (Thank you for the word!) I just describe my issue as best I can, and 75% of the time it gives me a word. If not the exact word I am looking for, I just ask for synonyms until I find the one I want.
My problem then becomes: What was I saying that I needed the word for?
So, Post-Lethologica Syndrome? PLS help me out here!

Indeed, unless you are having a conversation and no immediate access to the Internet! lol, Yeah, I can see where that can happen! Not sure I know to help with that!

The PLS was half-humour. But really, that happens to me quite often.

Same. But I’m not sure what would cure us.
