I was holding on to my sanity by a mere thread; each step on the rope bridge challenged me to remain composed enough to prevent me from howling out a blood-curdling scream. It was a miracle that I made it to the other side intact. Seeing the shed at the edge of the woods helped clear my head. Since the start, it felt like my head and body would break from the challenges I encountered. But what amazing stories I would be able to tell!
Now to see if I broke my wrist. I sure hope the doctor is close.
This reminds me of times in our life when we are unsure if she should dare live out our dreams. Nervous to take the first step!
I would love to have this picture in my house π

Sometimes it is worth the risk to have the story to tell.

Those type of bridges are downright scary!! And crossing one is pretty much exactly what your poetry exemplified. π

Right?? I’ve not crossed one in real life, only in a dream, and it was very scary! Thanks, Nan.
