In some ways the current situation was brought about by all the harm we did to nature. Perhaps the sudden upset will force us to think, pause and reflect and enlighten.
While I agree that nature is being upset by man’s actions and behaviors here on this earth, the minute world of virus and bacteria do this predictably because evolving and mutation is a natural process. The virus didn’t do this to retaliate. But I definitely hope that leadership around the world will stop and think how to prepare for the next pandemic that is inevitable.
You’re right. It is a natural phenomenon that would have happened now or later. All I wish for is that once the crisis is over we learn to respect boundaries and coexist with every entity in nature, respecting the natural habitats of animals who have the right upon earth as much as we do.
Important question to consider right now. We need to be conscious of our actions. Heroes are evolving from the ordinary and those with power are being reduced to criminal (in some cases.)
It feels like we’re in the midst of a payback right now for harm inflicted.
A potent little poem you’ve got here.

There is always a positive but sadly, we seem to drown in the negative. But yes, it’s good to see the heroes emerge! 🙂
