  1. Hi Susi. ADD, OCD, and Dyslexia can combine to create strange reading sometimes. Makes me read and re-read things to be sure; it also makes some things funny when the apparent words are humorous and odd. Today, I went your About Susi page and saw your email address for the first time. It appears twice on the page. Is it really “sushibock@gmail.com”? Pardon me for laughing.

      1. Okay, sorry for doubting. Sushi is one of my favorite types of Japanese food. Just for interest, here are some things most people do not know:

        ” October 2018
Japanese food is one of the most popular cuisines in the world and for good reason. Based on “rules of five,” traditional Japanese cooking, or washoku, emphasizes variety and balance. This is achieved through the use of five colors (black, white, red, yellow, and green), five cooking techniques (raw food, grilling, steaming, boiling, and frying), and five flavors (sweet, spicy, salty, sour, and bitter). These principles can be found even in a single meal of one soup and three sides paired with rice, 一汁三菜 (ichiju-ju, san-sai).”

      1. Ah, now I understand how you perceived the statement. It’s not that I “wish” this pain on someone rather trying to show how hurtful it was to me and I was able to survive it despite how very like death it felt.
