Never let these sort of encounters burden you. Find a way to let them embolden you. I too have seen humanity’s darkness. But I’ve chose to shine a loving light. Anything that gives you negative affect holds a lesson for a positive affect.
This piece isn’t about the aftermath. This is about the “act” of being drugged and raped. You not acknowledging that this is a horrendous deed and women should just basically “get over” it and move on as if it was a wonderful lesson, well… just wow.
